another interview

in a little over an hour.

Same business (direct competitor in fact). Same job. Same salary.

Pros: familiar environment - easy.
Cons: probably not a big enough change from my current job - boring.

    Hi Wee², it went well and I think it would be a nice place to work - people were professional but *gasp* friendly, too !

    But - current employer pays bonuses at the end of July and if I resign before then, I won't get anything - and then once I resign, I have 3 months' notice to serve... which might be negotiable but I won't know until I actually tell them I'm leaving... and competing company can't/doesn't want to wait that long for me, which I can understand of course.

    Sooo... we'll see.
